Confidence in a crowd

Do you struggle to feel free to network in a room full of people? Walter Anderson, author of The Confidence Course says there's one basic tip: Keep moving! "The longer you stay in one spot, the shyer you'll become," he warns. His advice is to find the nearest group with an odd number. He says, "Groups of two and four are less approachable."
